The HOA’s master insurance policy deductible has increased from $10,000 to $25,000 effective 10/31/24. Please make your personal insurance agent aware of this change, as your homeowner’s insurance policy’s loss assessment coverage may need to be increased.
A letter regarding this change from the HOA’s insurance agent is attached for your review.
